On a site I am building there happen to be regions on a page with different language.
Typical example is a forum thread, with some comments in English and others in German, and the user wants to have it all in French.

Obviously this would need #654594: Allow language detection to be really useful. Otherwise, language hints would need to be hidden in the html source ..
