iccservices commentedI have still had no luck in finding how to edit the banners. In the documentation it talks about v7 and not version 6. There is no link for images that I can find. I am stuck. If I can't find the answer I'll have to go back to installing Joomla where I can easily edit images.
Any help is gratefully received.

shruti.sheth commentedHello,
I hope my answer proves helpful to you,
For e.g. if the custom theme name is my_theme
To add new banners or to edit them please go to my_theme/img/banners/ and add new banner images in it or remove the unwanted images.
Thanks.

KellyGJ commenteddoes anyone know how to change the size of the banners? I want to change the height but I am having no luck. It seems to just stretch them out. I want all banners the same height (if that makes any difference)

DrupalDarling commentedHi Ian,
The images that make up the banner are in the sites/all/themes/marinelli/img/banners/ folder.
(the jpg files you will find in that folder are called: avaro, lud, praga, roger, vincent, zematt)
If you delete those files from the banner server, they will be removed from the rotation.
Then you can just upload the files that you want to appear in the banner to the sites/all/themes/marinelli/img/banners/ folder. Make sure the images you upload are 900x200 (the same size as the ones you deleted).
Cheers!

oadaeh commentedThis issue is being closed because it is against a branch for a version of Drupal that is no longer supported.
If you feel that this issue is still valid, feel free to re-open and update it (and any possible patch) to work with the 7.x-4.x branch.
Thank you.
