Wurfl issue || wurfl-config.xml & wurfl.xml & wurfl-latest.zip

Dear All;
i have some problems with Wurfl.

after installation step Wurfl and in final step i got some errors

in file "wurfl-config.xml" i put this configuration in this file

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

wurfl.xml

file dir=../Cache null

=========================================

now when i use " wurfl.xml " and go to open site i got this erro

if i change this section to " wurfl-latest.zip"

and try to open site i got this error:
