Stackable Panels / Tabular Panel.

It would be very cool if Panels allowed you to have something like stackable panels for navigation. Maybe something like the quicktabs(http://drupal.org/project/quicktabs). Where you could define all your panel variants and make each one a tab that you can browse to say the news page, or profile page, etc.
