1. I create a page as administrator.
2. A user asks me for be able to update it (OF COURSE! I answered)
3. I set page content type to be -Enable per content node access control settings-
4. I go to the page and I click on -Access Controll- tab
5. I add user in the -Grant view access-, -Grant update access-, Grant delete access,
6. User go to page but no modify button comes out (I tested the problem using his account)
7. I rebuilded the permission at /admin/content/node-settings
8. I opened the node, clicked on modify, re-saved the node
9. I set the the permission of access controll valid for all actio for all the roles
10. I tested that user see the node as I did not at all

If may be useful: I have installed in my drupal forum access, content profile, and obviously ACL.

Solved.
It was the module Tab Tammer that was hiding the button modify and is giving some trouble to me. I'm going to solve that too.
