On all the sites where I use External Links, the links open in a new window and in the current window at the same time even though I have it set to only open in a new window. I'm using 1.11 for Drupal 6. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can also provide any info to help pin down the issue.

stijndI have the same problem with all the sites where we've installed this module. The class="ext" isn't added to all those links.
When I have the time I'll do some research on this issue. But currently I don't have enough spare time for this.

In my case, external_links works for all links excepting aggregator links since 3 days !!? From that moment i had the same problem as the.alphy

UHTMilk commentedThis just started occurring on one of our sites after we upgraded the Google Analytics module to 6.x-3.2. After rolling the GA module back to 6.x-3.1 the issue with the external links stopped occurring.

manoloka commentedI've got the same problem.
I've also just upgraded the Google Analytics module if that's of any help. It didn't do it before that.
I can confirm that if I disable Google Analytics 6.x-3.2 (latest upgrade) the issue is not happening.
Any ideas?
Thanks

nsyll commentedit isn't bug of the External Links,
it is bug of Google Analytics 6.x-3.2 issue page http://drupal.org/node/1060944
you can downgrade to Google Analytics 6.x-3.1
Comment #9
manoloka commentedThat's what've done till they fix it.

rjeggens commentedIt stops happening if you disable 'Track external links' in the settings. Not ideal, but it's a workaround.
