After installation "Ideas" feature is switched off on site and in groups, but "Ideas" menu item is visible anyway.

Tested on openatrium 1.0 beta 7.

Using the latest Open Atrium beta9 I don't have this problem.

edhel, how does this work for you on the latest version of OA?
