README.txt says we should enable also the Heading Anchors module. It seems the module should be in as subfolder of this module, e.g. in /tableofcontents/headinganchors. But it is not.

I tried the stable version 3, and now the dev. That module is missing, so TOC does not work at all.

Please help...

It's not a separate module, it's a separate filter. You should see it when you go to administer your Input filters.

Let me know if you still have a problem.

I guess I'll have to change the README.txt file. I confess I did not write it so it references the old version.
