Provide filtering by taxonomy term

The Improve Admin interface lets content be filtered by published status, content type, and content of the title, but not by taxonomy term. It would be extremely useful to be able to select an arbitrary number of taxonomy terms and filter content by being tagged to any of those terms... Being able to select multiple taxonomy terms selected by OR would be a significant improvement over core's node content admin page.

I was tempted to mark this as a bug, rather than a feature request, as it is arguable whether this listing is improved when it does not provide functionality—filtering by taxonomy terms—that already existed in the core node admin listing.
