The support request issues should be made more visible on Drupal.org. Only few users have discovered them, but developer response has generally been good (at least that is my impression). One thing we should do is mentioning the support requests on the forum submission page. More ideas welcome. It would be nice if the categorie selection for project.module would be moved to the first page of its submission process. Then we could have a direct "submit support request" link.
