Here's a new version of the German Subscriptions translation, to get in sync with the current module version. It's now a complete translation for Subscriptions 4.7-1.0.

Please commit the attached file as de.po, and delete the previous de_21.de file in favor of the new one.
Hope to look into the 5.0 version soon.
