Hi there!

How can I create a theme, or in fact use any existing available themes, to create a website with the same user interface as Google.com?

What I'm looking for is for a user interface with a Logo in the top center and text field in the bottom center.

Does someone know from a Website using drupal that does that? I have been exploring for a while but I have no success..

If it doesn't exist you can create it, that's the beauty of Drupal. Take a look at the Zen or Fusion themes, they have starter kits for you to code your own sub-theme.
