I am receiving the following error whenver I reply to a forum topic.

user warning: Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY' query: INSERT INTO user_titles_posts (uid, posts) VALUES (1, 2) in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/asxforum/modules/user_titles/user_titles.module on line 307.

I am using Advanced Forum with Flatcomments. Any ideas what could be causing this, and what I could do to fix it?
