Patch to add default link weights

This patch lets you set default link weights. Once the default weights are set, any node type that doesn't have its own link weights set will use the default weights.

When you configure a node type that doesn't have weights already, the default weights be loaded.

You can also delete the default weights and the node type link weights will go back to their natural order or continue to use their own link weight settings.
