Theme "CONFIGURE" links problem.

I have install Drupal v5.0-rc1 on my localhost server (xampp environnement) and I have found a problem with the Garland theme.

My windows desktop resolution settings is 1600x1200, and a problem with the Drupal Garland theme appears if you try to resize your (Firefox) browser windows to a lower resolution.

When I call this page with Firefox : http://localhost/drupal/admin/build/themes

All "configure" links are not working at all in the Garland "fluid" Theme if your browser window is not displaying the page in full screen desktop mode. See my file attachment to see what i'm talking about, it's a screen capture of my desktop.

I have search before sending this issue, but I don't found a similar issue. (Sorry but knownledge in English are very basic !)
