I'm using TinyMCE (have also tried other editors), and it all works fine in the editing window and when I click Preview. But once I save the node, it's layout is all broken. Just tried to switch the theme to Bartik, and voila, it's displayed correctly. But I really would like to use Sky. Could you assist please.

The only thing that's going to break the layout is an open block level element, such as a DIV tag left unclosed, this doesn't sounds theme related. Are you using Full HTML filter? Can you show the issue live?
