Sorry I had to open another topic, but the hosting providers are really pushing me here and I need your help to reduce the server processing time DrupalChat takes, to the minimum possible.

I also have a question, if I switch from Long Polling to Ajax and give it a longer refresh rate time, would this help?

Any advice is welcome.

No, that won't help. Long polling is better. Are you using multiple chat modules? I remember I saw another similar module on your website.

I removed that because it was based on simple ajax refreshing, but the website is still a little bit over the limit, that's why I'm trying to reduce everything to the max...
