Request for documentation in http://www.myWebSite.com/admin/help or in the module folder in a readme file. There are no settings for this module and I am not sure how it is supposed to work. Thank you.

What settings do you want this module to have?
Currently, if module is enabled - it sends notifications to admin, disabled - doesn't send.

It's really up to you, but it's good practice to include a README.txt with the module -- saying exactly what you said !

adding documentation to the .info file is not enough... it should have a readme.txt file or even better use the admin/help hook()

I found this issue thread in the aim of finding more documentation on the module configuration. Granted, your explanation above that the module sends a notify to admin (user 1 - i assume) if enabled is all the help I really needed. But it sure wasn't obvious.
