I've tried to find sample configuration settings for using Cache Router with APC but can no longer find anything. I know they were there before but seems like the pages they were on no longer work. So I'd appreciate an example of a configuraiton file to use with APC.

I have two scenarios. Both are on a VPS. One is a straightforward Drupal installation which uses Boost and hosts just one domain. The other also uses Boost as well as the Domain Access module to host for different domains.

Could someone give me an example config file for each of these. Thanks.
