A patch to form.inc a few weeks ago meant that underscores in all form identifiers are now replaced with hyphens. This patch fixes the 'Add a new comment' link so that the page scrolls correctly to the comment submission form.

This change caused a white screen on the not up to date version of jscalendar.module (HEAD rev. 1.12). I post this here for reference: http://drupal.org/node/108537 .

Thanks for noting the bug with jscalendar alex_b. The bug turned out on investigation not to be related to this comment-form change.
