I am getting the following errors on a new D7 install immediately after I hit the Save Configuration button at admin/appearance/settings/marinelli:

# Notice: Undefined index: image_thumb in _marinelli_banner_form() (line 529 of /var/www/html/sites/all/themes/marinelli/theme-settings.php).
# Notice: Undefined index: image_path in _marinelli_banner_form() (line 535 of /var/www/html/sites/all/themes/marinelli/theme-settings.php).
# Notice: Undefined index: image_thumb in _marinelli_banner_form() (line 541 of /var/www/html/sites/all/themes/marinelli/theme-settings.php).

after which the banners will not display. Has anyone else run into this kind of problem?

The site where the above problem shows up is a sub site in a multisite install. The theme works fine on the main site.
