Hi . I am new to drupal . I downloaded this module and it only displays the RSS feed button on the block that i specified , no social sites icons. What did i do wrong ? Someone help me.

Hmm, I'm not sure, did you try going to admin/config/services/follow and adding your other links? And you're sure that the block you are viewing is the site follow links block?
