#1061500: Additional Region Classes not being Applied
#1062780: PHP warnings when posting a comment.

The following new features were added in this release:

#1063780: Add first/last & zebra classes to the regions in a zone
#1062418: Zebra class + first/last classes for blocks

Please ensure your updates are working properly, and not suffering from this bug when using the integrated update features in Drupal core or Drush: #986616: Update Manager fails when the primary module/theme for a project lives in a subdirectory
