Right after the upload completed in filefield, I would like it to make another copy to another folder.

In the "another folder" is where my other media/document system will monitor and ingest the files.

I am not good in PHP programming. I have been trying to figure this out myself but couldn't.

Anyone out there can assist me please?

Perhaps you should take a look at Media Mover module?
