I would really like to see releases rolled as well- sure, it's possible to git the profile directly from the repository, but putting an official release out would make this process a little easier, and would allow people to take advantage of other features (especially, RSS feeds of releases). That's my main motivation- I'd like to be notified when there's a new release of Atrium, and right now I don't think that's possible in any way- but if there were official releases, I could use the RSS feed.

Maintaining Open Atrium on AEgir requires using a stub make file. So far, the OpenAtrium build file fails every time, and I have no idea how or where to submit patches for it.

I've got my own stub makefile for Aegir... it's similar to build-openatrium.make

But it's really annoying to see 1.2 as last release on D.o and 1.3 on http://openatrium.com/download

With the last release of Open Atrium 1.4, as we can see in the release notes(http://openatrium.com/node/49), this issue is resolved.

I'm closing it.
