Price decimal places - number_format() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given

The input field for configuring the "Number of places after the decimal separator" needs to be a number.

Leaving the input field empty (instead of zero) on the settings page causes a php error message later, when the field is displayed.

The field should either get zero as value in this case, or throw an error message on the settings page.
