I am using this module alongside http://drupal.org/project/og_user_roles
Both work very well.
But on the Group Homepage I have two different Tabs. One for basic member management, the other for roles management.
To me it would be a wonderful enhancement if I only had a single tab "Member Management" with this Group admin panel on Top for collecting users and at the bottom of the same page the OGUR panel to assign roles to the members.
Maybe this is an uncommon usecase, but as this module has so many possibilitys with regards to hiding/overriding the basic OG tabs, this may be a quite simple task.
Something like a checkbox "Display together with OG User Roles"
