Hi..

I've just contributed a patch to #416422: Add Default Qty Restrictions Per Each Product Class which got me a fair knowledge of the module and I saw there hasn't been much activity on it later. I wonder if you are willing to accept one more hand into this module?

I have contributed several modules and co-maintain a few. While I cannot commit fully to it, I am certain I can help with some reviews/patches/issues etc. from time to time.

Just wonder your thoughts.
