learnstocks101 commentedLet me add that the window appears differently depending on whether in "admin editor" or something like "html editor"

KoshaK commentedthe same here - is it ever was resolved somewhere in other posts?

twodThis is not controlled by Wysiwyg module, and I believe the browser tricks the editor somehow, so can't do anything about this.
The only reliable workaround is to enable the Inline Popups plugin so there won't actually be a new browser window for dialogs, unless they manage to fix this in TinyMCE itself.
EDIT: Btw, I currently use Chromium on Linux without being able to reproduce this issue with the help of the test code posted on http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18817312/tinymce-popups-too-small-in-...
Maybe it's specific to some versions of Chrome?
