I'm using views to create simple photo gallery and wanted a way of clicking on the image to navigate to the next image in the gallery - this is in addition to having pagers. is there a way to use "output this field as link" to get to the next image?

Accessing the pager in the rewrite rules is a Feature request as far as I know.
@Merlin, can you please confirm whether or not this could be done in Views 2, today or in the future?
