Can a Question & Answer page be built?
old_mac - September 8, 2004 - 17:17
Hi
I was wondering if it is possible to build a Q & A Page, where guest would leave questions and members would answer the questions. Then when showing it in a list, the answered questions would be indicated one way, perhaps green, and the unanswered questions would be in red etc.
It would seem the forums module would suit this if it was tweaked. Is it possible to change the name of a module and load a second instance of it?
Perhaps there is an easier way?
Thanks

Designing question and answer forums:Knowledge Exchanges
Chris,
How would you compare your ideas to www.answers.google.com or www.askearth.com ? Seems that the big push with online q&a was in 2002, but I think there is a great need for this as technology has evolved so much since then and affords new angles on this.
Both of these sites follow a great deal of my reasearch into Question and Answer forums from different perspectives.
Hope this helps,
Matt
Q&A
While they are good examples I think this one is better, http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/ because it divides things into three colour coded areas.
The colour coding is key to this sites ease of use. I would like to see if this could be done in Drupal. We are running a medical site and the questions are endless.
Cheers

Creating...
Hi,
It must be possible to create something like that by writing a module? Anyone?
