From the modules page, in drupal 7, there is an option to link to various useful subpages for each module. I notice that the settings page is not linked from there.
The path is: admin/config/user-interface/admin
and that should ideally show up on the same line as the admin module on the page where you can activate the module (that is, if you're not using drush for some odd reason).
Might as well make the d7UX improvements as global as possible, no?

neurojavi commentedI agree with this. The menu link dowsn't appera either in admin menu module (I don't know if this is related to this issue but it makes very difficult to find the config page for this module
