Does this still works? I added blocks to my site but nothing appears, have the key, can it be the problem is that its on localcomputer or maybe this module doesnt work anymore?

It looks like the api's for some of the services this connects to have been deadpooled (technorati, and bloglines especially).

What does that mean? Gussing something like "not working" is twitter working, or maybe it's also not working since twitter now uses oAuth?

Technorati "temporarily" dropped the XML API, but I see no signs that it is coming back. I'll probably remove support. Bloglines released a major update, and I need to learn about it to see if I can even use it anymore.

Twitter should still be working, since we use the public (non-auth) API for it, I think. Same with Flickr and others.
