Initla port of Custom Pagers for Drupal 6. No functionality changes, save the inclusion of a custom-pager.tpl.php file to replace the old theme function. That should make customizing the appearance of the pager quite a bit easier.

Fixing a number of outstanding issues with the installer. Ahem.

Minor update that adds support for tokenized block subject lines (when token.module is installed).

Added documentation, removed the dependency on Views module, and made the pager overview screen a bit more useful. If Views isn't installed, AND you don't have permission to use PHP snippets, it'll warn you when you edit or create a pager.

Fixed #106778: Missed a module_exists() check around a call to token_replace().

Removed the dependency on token.module: pagers can be built withou it, but args passed into the view must be static.

Initial release for Drupal 5.0. Let the paging begin!
