Not sure if this is because I had the module installed before, but upon installing it a second time I got the error.

DatabaseSchemaObjectExistsException: Table <em class="placeholder">community_tags</em> already exists. in DatabaseSchema->createTable() (line 630 of C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\includes\database\schema.inc).
