So, when replying to subscribed line of comments a error:

"Notice: Undefined variable: cid in function comment_notify_tokens() (line 43 in file /usr/home/...../sites/all/modules/comment_notify/comment_notify.tokens.inc)."

I can confirm this error message as well

Maybe it has something to do with token [comment:unsubscribe-url] because if you look at the emails Comment Notify sends out, the unsubscribe link is not working.

In addition [user:name] and [comment:name] tokens seem to give the same output

I got this error after I went from subscribe to email notifications to being unsubscribed. I have attached a screenshot.
