Everything was working fine. However, when I uploaded 6 files at the same (via 6 tabs) time with the same titles. Here was the result:

1. Thumbnails weren't generated for those duplicate titles.

2. Videos that were uploaded previous to the videos with the same name titles received the following error:

303: failed to load resource....error 2035 or error 2036.

3. Videos uploaded AFTER the duplicate titles worked okay.

I've seen deleted the videos duplicate titles and I'm still getting the same errors.

I'm not sure if this is related, but I'm also seeing several videos on my site that are 303 failing. They don't show the thumbnail, just a black player, and it tries to load something and fails with the 303 error.

Other videos are working fine. About to look into this further.

Yeah for me it's looking like a thumbnail issue, maybe they're getting deleted somehow again. When I click edit on an affected video node it takes a long time to load, and I see my server is running ffmpeg (creating thumbnails no doubt).

Will update with more information if I can find any.

Okay after generating new thumbnails and re-saving the node, the video works and no more 303 error.

Looks like the thumbnails were deleted, as per #906262: All thumbs deleted without reason after Video creation except in this case not ALL thumbnails, just for some videos. Which ones? The fun begins.

I have no idea what is the initial issue here, but we have tested and keep eye on thumbnail issue. So far provided two patches and ppl has positive response for them. I wish now that issue is been fixed. But waiting for next couple of weeks for responses.

I upgraded to the latest dev and re-saved all my videos and have no more 303 errors.
