I'm unclear on how to use this module to attach the comments to the correct nodes. I'm using the Feeds Node Parser to pull in the nodes and would like to use this to pull in the comments too, but not sure how to match up the comments with the correct node.

The parser would need to be smart enough to select the correct node. Currently feeds_comment_processor requires nid as a mapping to match up with the correct node. So you would write a parser specific to your application that takes info from your feed and translates it into an existing nid to pass to the comment processor.

However, an interesting feature request for feeds_comment_processor would be to take a guid from a node that was imported with Feeds and automatically find the correct nid. Feel free to post that as a new feature request.

- If your feed contains the NID of the node you want to add comments to, then yes.
- If your feed does not contain the NID of the node you want to add comments to, then you would have to write custom code to get this working
