I've get the error: "Your e-mail address must be specified on your my account page." when I was setting the notification settings for users (as administrator).
Only a few users get this message. The email is set on the account page. Accounts can only be created when email is filled so I don't understand wat this error meens?

I'v overlooked that the users that gave me a error message are blokked !
Maybe the error message is a bit confusing.
