Readme improvement

I had no problem following most parts, but the configuration section is a bit confusing:

1. Modify the fckeditor.config.js file to custom your needs (optional).

I would have never got "Copy the needed configuration lines from the FCK editor config, paste into the module config, save" if I hadn't played with it for an hour or so.

I brought this up in IRC, but this is just a reminder.
