The GPL requires source code to accompany binary distribution. This means the source code for cumulus.swf should be included in CVS.

It appears be available in the development version at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-cumulus/download/ .

3rd party libraries on Drupal.org says something else. Maybe we should remove the swf file and write some docs and/or drush command for downloading the current (like colorbox and apachesolr).
