I'm getting these errors in my drupal 6 logs:

page not found 02/21/2011 - 20:35 sites/all/themes/html5_base/logo.png

Would it be wise to include the html5 shield logo as logo.png in the template files to avoid this error?
And shouldn't it be looking in images dir as default?

I know most people override the default logo, but most themes do come with one.
