How to ? Home page for anonymous users or a dashboard page for authenticated users as front page

I am trying to find how to do this :
1) when a user is anonymous he can see a "home" link in the primary links menu, and this home link is also the front page for the website
2) when a user is authenticated he doesn't see the "home" link anymore, he can see a "dashboard" link instead in the primary menu, and the front page is now this dashboard page.

I ve tried to play with context, with rules, with panels settings and even with the front page module, but I haven't found any solution which works well.
