Tagadelic: cache and delete term of a node issues [#1069294]

Hi,

Using this module, I noticed that there are two fairly important issues.
The first one is a cache problem: when you add a term to a node, the tagadelic block does not update.
The second one is the fact that when you delete a term of a node, nothing happens: it is still referenced in the block.

I tested the 6.x-1.x-dev version, which solves these problems.
Since there is no big change in version 6.x-1.x-dev, I created a patch that implements the corrections of 6.x-1.x-dev into version 6.x-1.2.

There is an error in the filename, this is the correct filename

Well, since we already have this applied in -dev, there is no need for a patch :)

I am not allowed to install the dev version.
With this one we can't take version X.
It's always the updated version which is included, so uncertain for the viability of the project.
In this case I need a stable version + patch.
