URL in template.php invalid [#1069468]

Issue Summary

Lines 3 - 6 of template.php:

/*
 * Here we override the default HTML output of drupal.
 * refer to http://drupal.org/node/550722
 */

This URL is invalid. Not sure what it should be pointing to. This URL isn't in Zen anywhere that I can.

Maybe you want: http://drupal.org/node/341628 (Overriding themable output)?

When I copy and paste this URL I am getting an access denied and not page not found.
