Hi,

I've been using Drupal for nearly 4 years and have built around 80 sites with it. Now i'm up for the biggest challenge yet! I have a directory network of 9 sites which are all separate installs and managed completely separately. I now want to rebuild the network to function multi-site or multiple site with the functionality to use the same user database table for all sites, control by role which sites a user can access and then be able to edit just one page listing. All modules and functionality can still be built separately per site.

The domains are all separate domains rather than subdirectories or subdomains ie
example.com, example1.com, example2.com etc

Having read and watched several articles and videos, i'm still not really sure which way is the easiest to do this.

Would appreciate any advice or pointers.
