1. When I select "Expand on Bullet" stops working ckeditor and configure the module itself (ANIMATION and others are not expanded).
2. IN OTHER EFFECTS not select "Remember which items were expanded on the last page" (when saving is reset to "Expand only the currently active path").
3. "Expand only the currently active path" is not working (sub-menus are contracted).

cburschkaHi, I can see number 2, and was able to fix it. However, I can't reproduce your problem with the bullet expansion; the module configuration form still works normally. Also, the active path appears to be always fully expanded.
Here is a patch for the second problem. It replaces the numerical 0 key with an empty string key for that option, which will still evaluate to false but no longer cause trouble in the form.
The ckeditor stuff will take some more time to check.

cburschkaUpdate: I installed ckeditor, and it works without any trouble with dhtml_menu, even with bullet expansion. Could you make sure both modules are up to date and then see if it still happens?
The other issue has now been fixed.
