Background-image on a subtheme moves from top down if the content is too large and scrollbars are inserted - I don't know how to describe that perfekt. I could post screenshots if wanted..

Way too vague of a description.

okay, sorry for that, but the thing is, i can't really comprehend the problem..
I think it has something to with the new admin toolbar of drupal7.

I'll post some screenshots to better understanding:

on screenshot1 everything is normal, i deleted the other sidebars that only the content is visible.
You can see that i got a background-image for the body at the top, howeveer I don't know if its normal, but if somebody is logged in and can see the admin toolbar at the top, I have to move the header 13% down per background-position.. i don't know if this has something to do with the problem..

okay, lets go to screenshot2_BUG, here you can see that i have a huge content and the browser scrollbars are visible, that causes the background-image to move down from the top, and i really dont know why, when I delete the content with firebug the header goes back to the top...

hope everything is understandable!

I'm really not sure what is going on here. You should inspect the divs with Firebug that have the background images and see how they are being mis-positioned.

I haven't seen a problem like that before. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
