set search_cron_limit to 0 to disable core search from indexing

I just noticed that the core search module has been indexing my site alongside Solr. Besides being pointless, this led to the predictable database bloat. I believe that when selecting the option "Make Apache Solr Search the default", search_cron_limit should be set to 0. At minimum, when selecting this option, the user should be warned that indexing is still happening and be prompted to disable core indexing if desired.
