Can't use the same path alias for two node on different subdomains

I have group subdomains, a.example.com and b.example.com and two nodes, node/1 and node/2. With subdomain v6.1 I could have a.example.com/doc and b.example.com/doc and they would appear as different path aliases, no conflict. Now with v6.2 I am kind of stuck.
